How Lahav Media helped RoxBox Generate $750,000 In New Revenue in less than a year

The Challenge

In July of 2018, The owner of RoxBox Modifications was facing a tough business challenge.

Due to legal battles, they had shut down their old company and could not transfer any assets to RoxBox, the new business.

The previously 7 figure company, was now starting again from scratch.To top it off, the first digital agency they worked with did not set them up with a good start..to say the least.

The Solution

Anthony needed results FAST. So the first thing Lahav Media has done, was to conduct a thorough Strategy project to evaluate the company’s state marketing and advertising, and understand the market and competition.

Within two weeks, we presented Anthony with a quick plan of attack to turn things around by getting new and high quality leads through the door.

The short-term strategy relied mostly on Google Adwords. Our research showed that we could profitably launch campaigns that would beat the competition, and generate quality leads quickly.

We also discovered there were significant opportunities in redoing the website and investing in SEO, but we saved that for a later stage.

Once the Adwords campaign was generating 30+ high quality leads a month, it was time to tackle the branding and website.

We found that RoxBox’s website was underperforming, and doing a poor job at showcase what awesome modifications and creations the company can deliver to its customers. Customers were also unable to find the information they needed to make decisions, and loading speeds and mobile optimization were preventing some customers from even loading the website.

Through a collaborative process, we’ve designed and developed an optimized website that accurately represents the brand, and makes it easy for customers to ask for quotes.

The Results

Once the new website was up and running, we also added SEO to the mix to get the website rank and attract local customers in Denver and Colorado.

RoxBox has had a great 2018 considering the owner has launched the business from scratch.
